Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
